ACSLPA has updated the Jurisprudence e-course and test. All regulated members must retake the jurisprudence e-course and pass the test every 5 years as shown in the chart below. The date of your most recent test will be noted in your profile in the Member Login Area. Individuals due in the current registration year should ideally complete jurisprudence requirements prior to registration renewal for the next year but will have until December 31 as the deadline. The e-course and test can be completed at any time during the year and should take approximately 1-3 hours to complete.

  • 2024 – Registrants initially registered in 2019 AND registrants who last completed the Jurisprudence test in 2019.
  • 2025 – Registrants initially registered in 2020 AND rgistrants who last completed the Jurisprudence test in 2020.
  • 2026 – Registrants initially registered in 2021 AND registrants who last completed the Jurisprudence test in 2021.

  • 2027 – Registrants initially registered in 2022 AND registrants who last completed the Jurisprudence test in 2022.

  • 2028 – Registrants initially registered in 2023 AND registrants who last completed the Jurisprudence test in 2023.
