SUMMARY OF DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
Pursuant to section 55(2)(a) of the Health Professions Act
between
Jennifer Henley, #2886
(the “Regulated Member”)
And
Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
(the “College”)
A Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement (“DCRA”) was entered into between the Regulated Member and the College on February 2, 2024. The Regulated Member agreed that from September 12, 2023 to October 4, 2023 she engaged in unprofessional conduct, as defined in the Health Professions Act, in that she:
- Failed to ensure declarations she made on her practice permit application were true, prior to submitting it to the College; and
- Failed to ensure she had an active practice permit, prior to practicing as an audiologist.
The conduct admitted in the DCRA arises from one complaint made on October 19, 2023. The Regulated Member agreed to pay a fine of $500 to the College.
