Module 6 is an in-depth review of the regulations preventing sexual abuse and sexual misconduct of a patient by a regulated member. SLPs and audiologists are also prohibited from being involved in female genital mutilation. This is discussed, along with standards of practice on professional boundaries and penalties for unprofessional conduct involving sexual abuse and sexual misconduct.
