Would you like to gain experience collaborating with other regulated members to review and update a guideline? Would you be up for the challenge of bringing a guideline up to the next level? If so, ACSLPA needs you!
We need at least 2 SLPs and 2 audiologists (ideally a combination of private practice, education, and public health) to participate on a committee to review and update the ACSLPA Hearing Screening Guideline. We want to include the use of computer-based audiometry and apps for adult hearing screening. These modern tools will mitigate purchasing and maintaining audiometry equipment and an app based hearing screening for adults would decrease the number of unnecessary appointments required for hearing assessment – a win-win for our professions and the public.

We will make it easy for you to let us know – just complete the simple form below and we will be in touch! Hope to talk with you on or before April 8.
Thanks so much for all you do for your College!
